Whistle Blowing Policy

The Company shall encourage the acts of whistle blowing about the alleged dishonest or illegal activities occurring in the administration of the Company. In this respect, it shall be deemed as a moral responsibility of all Employees of the Company to report in writing any alleged misconduct such as any violation of the Company’s policies, rule, regulation, fraud, health/safety violations, and corruption.

The Employee who shall act as Whistle Blower through proper written complaint along with evidence, shall be protected from any adverse action against as a reprisal.
