HR and Remuneration Committee

The Company is committed to the objective of promoting investor confidence and the rights of shareholders by:

  • Review of HR Policies and Procedures Manual of the Company;
  • Ensure that a fair, transparent and competitive remuneration mechanism is in place that encourages the culture of “pay for performance”;
  • Approving the appointment, compensation package, promotion/demotion and renewal of the employment contracts of Executives (except CEO, CFO, CS and HOIA);
  • Annual review of evaluation of performance of the staff;
  • Oversight of other Human Resource functions including but not limited to review of Company’s organizational structure, training and development, succession planning of key executives etc.
